What's the difference between a Business and an Accountant account?
A Business account runs payroll for one company — yours. An Accountant (bureau) account manages payroll for multiple client companies from one workspace. You choose once at signup and it can't be switched.
Can I have both a business and an accountant account?
Each email can only be used for one account. If you need both, use a different email — but most accountants put their own practice's payroll inside their bureau account.
Is SARS filing really included?
Yes, on every paid plan. No compliance add-on, no surprise fees at tax season.
How does the 3-month free trial work?
Every plan — business or bureau — starts with 3 months free. You add your card through PayFast to activate the trial, nothing is charged for 3 months, and your selected plan only starts billing after that. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
How is Danko Wage related to Danko Invoice?
They're sibling apps from the same team at Buntu Hosting (Pty) Ltd. Danko Invoice handles quoting and invoicing, Danko Wage handles payroll. Same design, same pricing philosophy, separate accounts.
